Who am I?

I am the founder of Sewing shop Ristinolla, Heidi Bertell – shoemaker and clothing industry craftsman. I have several years of work experience in the shoe industry as a special-order tailor and have expanded my skills to the clothing side. I repair and make many different things. Don`t hesitate to ask about any kind of sewing service.

Arrival

Sewing shop Ristinolla is located in the center of Vaasa at Kauppapuistikko 16 E. You can find the place when you climb up the stairs from the courtyard. The sewing shop is immediately on the left and you can ring the doorbell. The place can also be accessed from the side of Wasaborginkuja through sliding glass doors.

Payment methods

The payment methods are cash, MobilePay and the most common bank and credit cards. Payment upon pickup. For large jobs, half of the estimated job price is paid when the job is submitted.

Pricing

The prices are starting prices, the exact price is determined case by case. The final price is affected by the material requirements, the extent of the repair work, the necessary extra materials and the number of fittings. You can also request a price estimate by sending pictures of the product to be repaired to heidi@ompelimoristinolla.fi. The prices include sewing threads, while other materials are added to the price according to use. The price includes VAT 24%.

Please bring only clean clothes for repair! Don`t try to help me by removing zippers or seams yourself. The repair is easier when I see the starting point. If you want, you can bring a new zipper or other necessary materials.

The price for the sewing work is calculated according to the working time used. Hourly rate outside the fixed price list 50.00€/h. Urgent surcharge for the next day +50%.
